TERMS AND CONDITIONS                                                                                               General Cancellation Policy (all events):
	•	Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
	•	If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest.   Please notify us of any name changes in advance.
	•	In the unlikely event that we (The Ruby Supper Club) must cancel an event for reasons other than weather, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Weather Policy (Secret Garden / Outdoor Events only):
	•	Our Secret Garden Supper Clubs and Garden Parties are unique open-air, under-the-stars experiences. These are outdoor-only events and therefore subject to the weather.
	•	In the event of adverse weather, the event will be rescheduled to a new date.
	•	All tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
	•	Tickets for outdoor events are non-refundable.
	•	This weather policy does not apply to our indoor events (including The House Restaurant and winter supper clubs), which will go ahead as scheduled regardless of weather where possible, unless there is an emergency. 
Private Events & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total food cost (inclusive of the 12.5% service charge) is required to secure your date.
This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, as it covers advance preparation, staffing, and the loss of the reserved date.
The remaining balance, together with any agreed refundable event deposit, is due six weeks prior to the event.
If The client should cancel after this point, all payments made are non-refundable.
If in the unlikely event The Ruby Supper Club have to cancel in an emergency, your date can be transferred or we will make a full refund as chosen by the client.
A 12.5% service charge applies to all private events on both food and drink.
